Requirements

• 4 to 8 years of experience in software automation testing.
• Strong programming skills in Java with a deep understanding of Object-Oriented principles.
• Hands-on expertise in API testing (Karate, Rest Assured, HTTP/REST, JSON/XML).
• Proven experience with UI Automation using Selenium WebDriver.
• Strong knowledge of SQL for database validation and backend verification.
• Solid understanding of web services and modern web protocols.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Playwright for modern UI testing.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps for advanced pipeline management.
• Experience in professional services or global project environments.
• Advanced Oral English.
• Advanced Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement robust automation frameworks using Karate and Java to ensure software quality.
• Develop and maintain UI automation scripts leveraging Selenium WebDriver (experience with Playwright is a plus).
• Lead API testing initiatives using Rest Assured and Karate to validate complex web services.
• Perform backend testing and data validation by executing advanced SQL queries.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Azure DevOps.
• Manage version control workflows using Git to ensure code integrity and collaboration.
• Collaborate in Agile/Scrum environments, participating in sprint planning and daily stand-ups to align quality goals.
• Apply automation best practices to optimize test execution speed and reliability.
