About The Position

The Test Lead - Automation role involves developing and maintaining automated test frameworks and tools. The successful candidate will lead a team of QA engineers, providing necessary training and mentoring. This position requires collaboration with development teams to identify test requirements, conducting code reviews to ensure adherence to QA standards, and analyzing test results to report defects. A key aspect of the role is the continuous improvement of testing strategies and processes, along with ensuring thorough documentation of test plans, cases, and scripts. The Test Lead will also participate in planning meetings to offer input on testing timelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in software quality assurance and test automation.
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience with test automation frameworks and tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium, JUnit).
• Proven ability to lead a team and manage projects.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
