Key Responsibilities: As a Test Automation Lead, you will be responsible for leading the transformation of testing into a continuous and efficient end-to-end quality engineering function through the use of quality processes, tools, and methodologies. Your role will focus on significantly improving control, accuracy, and integrity while evolving more predictive and intelligent testing approaches based on automation and innovative testing products and solutions. You are expected to perform independently and become a subject matter expert. Active participation and contribution in team discussions are required, along with providing solutions to work-related problems. Drive the adoption of continuous testing practices to enhance software quality and delivery speed. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable automation solutions. Analyze testing metrics and feedback to refine automation strategies and improve effectiveness. Support team members by sharing knowledge and best practices related to automation tools and methodologies. Contribute to the evaluation and integration of new testing technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience Test Automation Engineer
- Hands on experience with Selenium
- Able to work 3 days per week on client site
- Associate's degree
