About The Position
We are seeking a skilled Test Analyst (SDET) with a focus on API Automation to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 6 years of experience in test automation, with strong skills in both UI and backend/API automation. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining automated test frameworks, writing test cases, and ensuring the quality of our software products through robust automation strategies.
Requirements
- 3 to 6 years of experience in Test Automation.
- UI Automation: WebdriverIO, TypeScript, JavaScript.
- Backend/API Automation: Rest Assured, Core Java (Java 8 or higher).
- SQL for data validation.
- AWS cloud environment including secure database connectivity and credential management.
Nice To Haves
- Minimum-code automation framework (preferred).
- Java 8 streams and functional programming concepts (preferred).
- Cloud-based configuration and secrets management (preferred).
- Hybrid test automation frameworks covering both UI and backend.
- Modular framework design principles to enhance reusability and maintainability.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts for UI and API.
- Design and implement hybrid test automation frameworks.
- Utilize WebdriverIO, TypeScript, and JavaScript for UI automation.
- Implement backend/API automation using Rest Assured and Core Java.
- Perform database validation using SQL.
- Work with AWS cloud environment for testing.
- Apply modular framework design principles for reusability and maintainability.
