Requirements

  • 1–4 years of outside B2B, healthcare, or medical device sales experience
  • Proven ability to prospect, build relationships, and grow business independently
  • Experience managing a territory and maintaining high customer activity levels
  • Comfortable with frequent local and regional travel

Nice To Haves

  • ASC (Ambulatory Surgery Center) sales experience
  • Experience calling on physician offices, outpatient clinics, or procedural-based practices
  • Medical device, healthcare, pharma, or capital sales experience
  • Experience selling outside of the operating room strongly preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Entrepreneurial and highly self-motivated
  • Competitive, coachable, and hungry to grow
  • Comfortable working in a lean, high-accountability environment
  • Strong at building trust and long-term customer relationships
  • Able to navigate gatekeepers and proactively open doors
  • Organized, responsive, and confident managing their own schedule

Responsibilities

  • Drive territory growth across Houston and surrounding Texas markets
  • Develop relationships with physicians, office administrators, clinical staff, and ASC decision-makers
  • Prospect and open new business opportunities within ambulatory surgery centers and physician offices
  • Execute product presentations, in-services, and hands-on training sessions
  • Partner with accounts to increase product utilization and long-term adoption
  • Manage territory planning, pipeline activity, and customer follow-up independently
  • Maintain a strong field presence through consistent customer-facing activity
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with leadership and internal teams to share market feedback and growth opportunities
  • Represent the organization with professionalism, urgency, and strong business acumen
