About The Position

The Territory Sales Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve business targets within the assigned territory. This role involves building strong relationships with healthcare professionals and organizations to promote innovative medical technology products. The specialist will conduct product presentations and demonstrations, analyze market trends, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment in achieving sales goals. Additionally, they will prepare sales forecasts and reports, attend industry conferences, and provide exceptional customer service.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and internal teams.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
  • Solid understanding of medical products, technology, and the healthcare landscape.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically in dynamic environments.
  • Ability to travel within the territory - 70% or potentially more.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in critical care nursing, medical sales call points, or a related field is preferred.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience working in a healthcare setting or with healthcare professionals is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with the Michigan healthcare market is a plus.
