Territory Sales Representative

About The Position

ShopFix Academy exists to prevent the average small business from destroying the average family in America. We're passionate about transforming shop owners, their families, and communities for generations to come — and we're looking for people who want work that feels like making a real difference, not just showing up to a job. ShopFix Academy is a training and coaching platform built for independent auto shop owners and their teams — from foundational coaching (LITE, PRO) to advanced training (Sales Fix for service advisors, Tech Fix for technicians), plus in-person events and on-site training. As we expand our sales team, we're adding a Territory Sales Representative to own a dedicated territory, sell LITE and PRO memberships, and cross-sell Sales Fix and Tech Fix training to independent shop owners. You'll join a team of peer reps, each running their own territory but building playbooks, sharing wins, and pushing each other forward together. This is a role for someone who wants real ownership of a book of business, a direct line to leadership, and uncapped earning potential tied to the results you drive.

Requirements

  • 3–6+ years of experience in a full-cycle, quota-carrying sales role, ideally selling remotely/virtually to small-business owners.
  • A track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills — you can build real trust without being in the room.
  • Highly self-motivated with strong personal accountability; you don't need someone watching over your shoulder to perform.
  • Working knowledge of CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) for pipeline and activity management.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience selling training, coaching, education, or membership-based products.
  • Familiarity with the automotive, collision repair, or independent shop/repair industry.
  • Experience working within a distributed team of territory-based peers.

Responsibilities

  • Own and grow a dedicated sales territory (assignment finalized during onboarding), managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to close for LITE and PRO memberships.
  • Identify and close Sales Fix and Tech Fix cross-sell opportunities within territory accounts.
  • Build strong virtual relationships with prospects and customers through consistent outreach, calls, and follow-up — with the chance to connect face-to-face when shop owners attend ShopFix Academy events.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas, contributing directly to regional and company revenue goals.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and activity records in the CRM to support forecasting and territory planning.
  • Collaborate with fellow territory reps to share best practices, troubleshoot deals, and support a strong team culture.
  • Partner with the VP of Growth & Revenue on territory strategy, account planning, and go-to-market feedback.
  • Represent ShopFix Academy at company events and on-site trainings as needed.

Benefits

  • Health benefits
  • paid time off
  • ongoing professional development
