Requirements

  • 3+ years managing a sales pipeline and customer relationships
  • Strong quoting and closing skills
  • Able to perform basic measurements and calculations
  • Able to read and interpret orders and specifications
  • High school diploma required

Nice To Haves

  • Outside/territory sales experience preferred
  • Agriculture, equipment, or trailer industry exposure a plus
  • CDL a plus
  • Self-motivated, able to manage time, travel, and priorities while growing a territory and driving results.
  • Builds strong relationships with farmers, dealers, and buyers; communicates clearly and professionally.
  • Maintains accuracy in quotes and orders while thinking through customer needs and finding practical solutions.
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office and CRM/ERP systems (Salesforce or similar).

Responsibilities

  • Develop & grow a sales territory (Eastern Nebraska) by building relationships and selling livestock, agriculture, farming, and construction equipment.
  • Work with existing customers and pursue new business to expand your territory.
  • Meet with customers to understand their needs and recommend the right equipment solutions.
  • Create quotes and custom orders, ensuring accuracy from initial request through delivery.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to keep orders on track and delivered on time.
  • Appraise equipment and assist with rentals as needed.
  • Represent the company at trade shows and stay up to date on industry trends.
  • Travel throughout the territory (approximately 80%) to meet with customers.
