About The Position

We are seeking a motivated Territory Sales Representative to drive retail sales growth across an assigned convenience store territory in the Fort Worth market. This is a highly independent, field-based role ideal for professionals with C-Store, DSD, or CPG sales experience who thrive in territory ownership, account growth, and relationship building.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of Convenience Store, DSD, or CPG field sales experience
  • 1+ years of account management or territory sales experience
  • Proven ability to build and grow customer relationships
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Excellent time-management and self-motivation
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Outlook, Word)
  • Valid driver’s license with good driving record
  • Comfortable traveling daily within assigned territory

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow an assigned territory of convenience store accounts
  • Visit 10–12 stores daily to identify sales opportunities and strengthen account relationships
  • Upsell current members on products, programs, and services
  • Prospect and onboard new independent convenience store accounts
  • Build strong partnerships with store owners, operators, and decision-makers
  • Identify gaps, opportunities, and sales trends across territory accounts
  • Execute sales strategies to increase product penetration and revenue growth
  • Maintain detailed activity logs and territory updates
  • Deliver territory performance insights and recommendations
  • Manage your own daily route planning and scheduling efficiently
  • Represent the company professionally in all field interactions
