About The Position

Empire Distributors Inc, a leading beverage distributor, is seeking a Convenience Store Coordinator. This role involves selling beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages to convenience stores on a wholesale basis. Requirements

Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university is preferred or 2 to 3 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Knowledge of order processing systems.
Ability to work with Microsoft Excel and Word to create spreadsheets and word documents.
State ABC license.
Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

Makes headquarter calls on convenience store chains to present Empire products for distribution and display.
Executes and monitors convenience store programs.
Works with Sales Manager to develop convenience store programs.
Communicates programs and execution levels to off-premise management team.
Sells Empire products to convenience stores by working the market independently and with the off-premise sales team.
Develops convenience store target list to increase volume in that class of trade.
Identifies customer problems and follows through on solutions.
Merchandises Empire products in convenience stores.
Develops and maintains tracking reports (daily, weekly, and monthly).
Reviews execution results monthly with Sales Manager.
Works with suppliers when scheduled.
Delivers emergency orders when needed.
Follows local and state laws.
Sets up accounts for delivery and EFT.
Develops and maintains pricing structure for convenience stores.
Maintains high visibility in key accounts and performs business reviews.
Conducts market surveys.
Other duties as assigned by the Sales Manager.
