About The Position

This is a sales role for individuals who want ownership, thrive on earning their results, and are energized by building something from the ground up. It is not an order-taking position. Hodge Industrial Technologies is looking for builders who create opportunity. The role involves providing peace of mind to customers by acting as a trusted partner who understands their challenges, provides solutions, and ensures they can keep their critical industrial equipment running. The sales team plays a critical role in delivering this peace of mind.

Requirements

  • Hold a valid driver’s license.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.
  • Able to cover your territory through local driving, travel regionally on an occasional basis, and use a personal vehicle for territory coverage.

Nice To Haves

  • 2–3 years of sales experience.
  • B2B sales experience.
  • Experience working with a CRM system.
  • Experience with Google Workspace.
  • Experience working with plant managers, maintenance teams, operations leaders, and service teams.
