Territory Sales Representative – Entry Level / Part-Time
About The Position
Break into pharmaceutical sales with ImpactBio supporting Alembic Therapeutics. Alembic Therapeutics is launching Pivya®, an FDA-approved oral antibiotic for uncomplicated urinary tract infections (uUTIs), in the U.S. market. This is an opportunity to join a team of driven, ambitious sales professionals for this high-profile launch. As a part-time Territory Sales Representative (3 days per week), prior pharmaceutical sales experience is not required; motivated, coachable individuals eager to learn and follow a proven sales model are sought. This role offers a structured, field-based schedule designed for high-potential candidates seeking hands-on experience and a clear path into full-time pharmaceutical sales. High performers with strong sales results and consistent execution may earn their way into a full-time role. This role is with ImpactBio, a premier commercial partner in Life Sciences, with potential to expand into a full-time opportunity or transition to Alembic Therapeutics based on performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 1–3 years of sales or customer-facing experience (B2B, retail, service, or related)
- Strong interest in breaking into pharmaceutical or healthcare sales
- Proven work ethic and ability to deliver results in a performance-driven environment
- Coachability—someone who takes direction well and applies feedback quickly
- Highly motivated, organized, and accountable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently while following a defined sales plan
- Willingness to travel within territory during assigned workdays
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Responsibilities
- Promote Pivya® to healthcare providers within your assigned territory
- Learn and execute a structured sales process and messaging strategy
- Build relationships with physicians, nurses, and office staff
- Apply training and coaching consistently in the field
- Execute a focused territory plan within assigned workdays
- Provide timely updates, insights, and field feedback to leadership
- Maintain full compliance with all company and industry regulations
