About The Position

First Help Financial, voted and certified as a “Great Place to Work” for five consecutive years, is expanding its Outside Sales department due to significant growth. As a Territory Sales Representative, you will be responsible for managing loan originations and developing strong relationships with auto dealerships. This role involves fieldwork, client meetings, and making a tangible impact. It is ideal for individuals who prefer an active, client-facing role over a traditional desk job, working over 40 hours a week meeting and dining with business clients. The company provides reimbursement for extensive car travel within the designated territory.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3+ years of relevant sales or business development experience
  • Valid US Drivers License and reliable Transportation
  • Demonstrates historical career stability
  • CRM experience
  • High level of independence; detail-conscious and task-oriented mindset
  • Excellent consultative selling skills
  • Prospecting, planning, presenting and closing skills
  • Initiative, sense of urgency and passion for winning
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
  • Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships, including cold calling
  • Strong problem-solving skills and capacity to manage difficult relationship situations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong computer skills (knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective auto dealerships in your territory
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for dealership accounts, requiring availability via phone, text, or email during the business hours of accounts in this territory
  • Educate dealerships on our services
  • Prospect auto dealerships for future business
  • Weekly travel to dealerships in your designated geography
