We are currently seeking a motivated and outgoing Territory Sales Representative to join our Saskatoon team. This role offers a daytime, weekday schedule focused on local businesses, allowing you to manage your own territory with a high level of independence. You will benefit from uncapped commissions with predictable earning potential and no cold call evenings or retail hours. CFIB is an established brand with strong credibility among business owners, providing structured training and long-term career growth opportunities.

Requirements

1–3 years of experience in sales or a customer-facing role
Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust quickly
Motivated, goal-oriented and comfortable working independently
Coachable mindset with interest in long term career growth
Comfortable working in a field-based role
Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle

Nice To Haves

Experience with CRM tools and digital platforms is considered an asset

Responsibilities

Manage and grow an assigned sales territory in the Location area
Meet with small and medium-sized business owners to understand their needs
Present CFIB solutions that deliver value, savings, and support while proactively generating leads through cold calling, referrals, walk-ins, and community networking
Build long term relationships with members
Follow a proven sales process with coaching and support
Participate in ongoing training with exposure to leadership development
