About The Position

The Mission: $80k–$150k+ in Year One (Urgently Hiring). Most "sales jobs" offer a cap and a cubicle. Requirements

  • You have a competitive spirit (ex-athletes, veterans, and former servers/bartenders usually crush it here).
  • You have a valid driver’s license and a clean-ish driving record.
  • You are physically capable of lifting a 50lb ladder to inspect roofs from the gutter line.
  • You’re a "people person" who can build rapport in 30 seconds or less.

Responsibilities

  • Operate within storm-affected areas and meet homeowners where they live.
  • Build credibility and trust one customer at a time by assessing exterior damage and onboarding new customers.
  • Learn to work within a team to provide comprehensive solutions to exterior construction needs; functional or cosmetic, cross-sells and upsells.
  • Master each training plateau with urgency to earn more responsibility and income upside.
