The Territory Sales Representative – Residential - prospects, qualifies, and closes new customers by selling propane solutions in a specific geographic assignment. Meets and exceeds goals for Total Profit, Volume Growth, and Non-Propane Gross Profit for the Residential Segment. The TSR-Residential will have a primary focus on Residential Builders, HOA’s and Residential OPS systems. This role requires the ability to establish and develop both internal and external relationships, present sales proposals and build client accounts. The representative must understand AmeriGas business and be an expert on products, business segments and selling process, as well as understand the Residential Construction Industry and have the ability to develop a strong network of Builder partners, HOA leaders and OPS communities.
