This role involves developing and fostering business in an assigned territory or with a designated customer base, collaborating with regional and corporate sales team members to maximize and grow revenue and profits. The position requires maintaining client and prospective client relationships to ensure market growth and promotion of all products, implementing appropriate sales strategies, conducting effective sales and product presentations, and educating customers on product usage. The Territory Sales Manager will proactively improve product knowledge, attend sales/training meetings, identify and respond to competitive threats, communicate market intelligence, resolve customer complaints, and file required reports. Participation in trade associations and maintaining job tracking through VTC customer management programs are also key responsibilities.
