About the Role This is a field-based sales role focused on: Territory growth Provider relationship management In-home patient support and device delivery You are not simply selling products. You are helping providers improve patient outcomes without relying on opioids.

  • Medical Sales or Healthcare Sales Experience
  • Account Development
  • CRM Usage (Salesforce or similar)
  • Patient Education & Product Training
  • Time Management & Route Planning
  • Independent Self-Management
  • Consultative Selling
  • Sales, healthcare, medical device, DME, or outside sales experience preferred
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Reliable transportation and computer proficiency required
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs when needed

Nice To Haves

  • Previous medical device or healthcare sales experience is helpful, but not required. We are willing to train the right person with the right mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Building relationships with doctors, clinics, and healthcare teams
  • Growing and managing your own territory like a business owner
  • Educating providers on non-opioid recovery solutions
  • Conducting lunch-and-learns and in-office product demonstrations
  • Personally delivering devices to patients and training them on proper use
  • Creating long-term impact through consistent follow-up and service
