About The Position
At Right Coast Medical, we help patients recover through non-opioid medical devices designed to reduce pain, swelling, narcotic use, and recovery time. We are growing nationwide and looking for driven Territory Sales Managers to build relationships, grow territories, and help patients every day. This is a field-based sales role focused on territory growth, provider relationship management, and in-home patient support and device delivery. You are not simply selling products. You are helping providers improve patient outcomes without relying on opioids.

- Reliable transportation and computer proficiency required
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs when needed
Nice To Haves
- Previous medical device or healthcare sales experience is helpful, but not required. We are willing to train the right person with the right mindset.
- Sales, healthcare, medical device, DME, or outside sales experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Building relationships with doctors, clinics, and healthcare teams
- Growing and managing your own territory like a business owner
- Educating providers on non-opioid recovery solutions
- Conducting lunch-and-learns and in-office product demonstrations
- Personally delivering devices to patients and training them on proper use
