About The Position

This role focuses on changing lives one day at a time by finding great people to work. The Recruiter will use creative thinking and marketing skills to attract candidates, conduct interviews, and build a pipeline of potential employees. Responsibilities also include managing the drug screening, background check, and I-9 processes to onboard new hires.

Requirements

• High volume recruiting with a sense of urgency.
• Ability to manage 40+ customers on a daily basis.
• Experience with MS Office.
• Ability to assess, delegate, and provide follow-up with customer orders/requests & internal team.

Nice To Haves

• Recruiting & staffing experience preferred, but not required.
• Industrial Recruiting or Recruiting in Manufacturing preferred.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) encouraged to apply.
• Leadership exposure/experience a plus!

Responsibilities
