About The Position

The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for creating a plan for delivering revenue results and managing the existing customer base. This role requires a strong understanding of the sales process, excelling at generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner with strong negotiating skills and the ability to showcase the Toptracer Range offering in a compelling way. The successful candidate must be a passionate and proactive visionary in driving the adoption of Toptracer Range. This role often involves giving presentations, attending networking events, and trade shows. It is essential that the candidate be personable and professional, providing strong leadership, be extremely well organized, detailed oriented, and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or 3 - 5 years experience (Required)
  • Possess in depth and comprehensive product knowledge and be able to conduct demonstrations and relay objection handling.
  • Effectively utilize provided sales tools and manage daily sales data management and updates.
  • Attend networking events and trade shows.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in the golf industry with a strong network in the Southeast US market is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Represent Toptracer Range products and services with a deep and comprehensive understanding, identifying how Toptracer Range solutions meet the needs of the customer and consumer.
  • Meet weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and renewal targets through the successful implementation of sales and marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Generate leads and build relationships by planning and organizing daily work schedules to call on existing or potential customers in the Golf Driving Range and Golf Facilities industry.
  • Develop and implement a territory action plan through comprehensive data analysis and adjust sales techniques and tactics based on interactions and results in the field.
  • Achieve Toptracer Range Sales Goals by assessing current client needs and following a defined selling process with potential buyers, often utilizing product demonstrations and presentations.
  • Maintain working relationships with existing Toptracer Range customers to ensure service excellence and identification of potential new sales opportunities.
  • Identify appropriate Toptracer Range prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage the sales cycle to close new business in all service categories offered by Toptracer Range.
