The organization has built a reputation for delivering high-performance tooling solutions while investing heavily in customer support, technical application expertise, and long-term distributor partnerships. Our client is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to drive sales growth throughout the Florida Panhandle, Southern Alabama, and Southern Mississippi. This individual contributor role is responsible for managing distributor relationships while creating end-user demand through technical sales, application support, and strategic business development. The successful candidate will work closely with industrial distributors, machine shops, OEMs, contract manufacturers, and production facilities to identify opportunities where advanced cutting tool solutions can improve productivity, reduce cycle times, and lower overall manufacturing costs. This is a highly visible field sales position requiring an individual who enjoys building relationships, uncovering new opportunities, and serving as a trusted technical resource for both distribution partners and end users. Candidates should reside within the territory, with Tallahassee or Pensacola preferred.
