What you will do: Overall responsibility for managing day-to-day activities of the New York City territory ensuring customers have a positive experience in all aspects of the sales process. Develop, implement, and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion. Accountable for all financial metrics, revenue, GP, expenses, and EBIT targets. Maintain and strengthen current customer relationships while developing new opportunities. Regularly conduct market analysis to determine customer potential and develop a sales strategy. Work with the marketing and digital teams to develop plans for the expansion of the business in other territories, target marketing, sales promotions, and social media programs. Resolve issues from customers, vendors, and other departments promptly, as needed for appropriate resolution. Maintain relationships with vendors and manufacturers to ensure inventory availability to meet customer needs. Work with purchasing and supply chain teams to ensure the timely availability/delivery of products.

Requirements

Ten or more years of experience in a sales leadership role.
Demonstrated track record of revenue growth and sales performance.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong analytic and quantitative skills with the ability to utilize data.
