This position is responsible for the development and implementation of the strategies within designated business segments and customers in a defined geography to maximize profitable growth. This individual must excel at strategic customer and distributor planning and tactical execution, as well as mentor lead a team of direct sales associates and/or contractors in order to ensure the flawless execution of a plan that will increase customer satisfaction and sales.
