About The Position

Locala is hiring a Sales Manager, West Coast. Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree required.
  • 3+ years of experience at an ad agency, publisher, ad exchange, ad server, DSP, or other online advertising roles A MUST -- omnichannel advertising a plus.
  • Established relationships with advertising agencies or brands
  • Self-starter – ability to self-motivate and establish new business.
  • Exceptional organization, presentation and communication skills – both verbal and written.
  • Demonstrated ability to deal with change and be a team-player.

Responsibilities

  • Drive new business growth by identifying, prospecting, and closing opportunities with brands, agencies, and strategic partners across key verticals.
  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through solution development, negotiation, and close.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline while consistently exceeding revenue, activity, and new business targets.
  • Analyze campaign performance and leverage insights to support renewals, optimization strategies, and account growth.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting in Salesforce, pipeline management, and CRM hygiene to support predictable revenue outcomes.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client engagements to build relationships and generate new business opportunities.
  • Build credibility through consultative selling, strategic thinking, and expertise in omnichannel media planning and execution.
  • Foster long-term partnerships by delivering value beyond campaigns and helping clients achieve broader business objectives.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, client success, operations, and product
  • Participate in client meetings, industry events, and presentations
  • Cultivate and expand relationships with key decision-makers
