About The Position

As a Territory Manager, you will own and grow relationships across the First Responder community, traveling throughout your assigned territory. You will maintain brand presence on municipal contracts through a defined distribution network and partner closely with distributor sales representatives to ensure agencies are supported in their uniform and inventory needs. Strong communication and networking skills are essential to effectively collaborate with distributor partners, serve customers, and support First Responder uniform requirements.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in outside sales or territory management
  • Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
  • Competitive, self-motivated, and results-driven
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, Power BI, RepSpark, or similar)

Nice To Haves

  • Public safety or government account experience preferred
  • Associate degree or higher preferred
  • Familiarity with tactical gear or related product categories preferred

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage relationships with public safety agencies to develop a strong, sustainable sales pipeline
  • Generate and qualify leads, converting opportunities into revenue-generating business
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and procurement teams
  • Present product solutions in a variety of environments, including training sessions, uniform committees, and distributor meetings
  • Partner with distributors to support agency uniform programs and inventory needs
  • Use CRM tools to analyze opportunities, increase brand penetration, and displace competitors on agency contracts
  • Evaluate distributor performance and develop strategic stocking programs based on sales data
  • Collaborate with distributors and strategic accounts to deliver a high level of service and execution
  • Maintain accurate and consistent CRM activity aligned with established KPIs
  • Participate in local industry events, as well as regional and national trade shows
  • Travel regularly throughout the territory based on business needs and customer demand
