Territory Sales Manager | South Florida
About The Position
Carazo Enterprise SL, a premium cigar distribution company operating since 2012 with international hubs in Madrid, Marbella, Gran Canaria, Panama, and Costa Rica, is expanding in Florida. They represent over 30 premium brands distributed across the EU and Latin America, and are growing rapidly in the US market. They are seeking experienced sales representatives for South Florida who are familiar with the market, possess strong relationships, and are eager to expand them. This is not a training position; the ideal candidate can directly engage with cigar shops, build rapport, and secure sales.
Requirements
- 2+ years of B2B field/territory sales experience — physical products, face-to-face
- Experience in tobacco, cigars, or premium/luxury consumer goods
- Strong existing network of cigar shops, lounges, or tobacco retailers in Florida
- Fluent in English; Spanish is a strong advantage
- Valid US driver's license and access to a personal vehicle
- Based in or near Palm Beach, Boca Raton, or Ft. Lauderdale FL
Responsibilities
- Own and grow your territory across South Florida and the wider Florida market
- Conduct 160+ in-person store visits per month — cigar shops, lounges, and tobacco retailers
- Open new accounts and protect existing ones through strong, consistent relationship management
- Deliver product presentations and sampling sessions directly in store
- Keep HubSpot updated with visit notes, client details, and pipeline activity
- Join two weekly team meetings (Monday and Friday) to align with the wider sales team
