Mesmerize, a division of MJH Life Sciences and a leader in out-of-home and point-of-care advertising, is looking for a Territory Manager to expand our point-of-care network in the Dallas, TX market. This role involves recruiting physician offices and healthcare locations for our Digital Waiting Room and Static Wallboard programs, and building a high-performing territory from the ground up. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated "hunter" who excels at in-person prospecting, manages their territory entrepreneurially, and provides exceptional service to all network offices. This position is suited for an organized, entrepreneurial individual who leverages all available tools, including AI, for smarter prospecting, efficient routing, and consistent recruitment goal achievement.

Requirements

  • 2 to 5 years of experience in outside sales, field sales, or territory management, with comfort in daily in-person cold calling and door-to-door prospecting
  • An AI-native mindset. Candidates should be prepared to discuss how they are currently using AI in their sales or territory management work, including specific tools, impact on results, and how AI is used for personalization and authentic relationship-building.
  • Self-motivated, energetic, and entrepreneurial — takes ownership of territory, thinks outside the box, and does not need close oversight to hit numbers
  • Highly organized with excellent time management and attention to detail
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for both in-person and virtual interactions
  • Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset
  • Must have reliable transportation and a clean driving record
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Bachelor's degree required

Responsibilities

  • Recruit new physician offices and healthcare locations into Mesmerize's Digital Waiting Room and Static Wallboard programs through in-person cold calling, phone outreach, and email and mailer campaigns
  • Use AI tools to improve prospecting research, outreach personalization, route planning, and Salesforce documentation — working more efficiently across every part of the territory management cycle
  • Build a strong pipeline of new offices within the first two months and maintain it to achieve 100% of quarterly and annual recruitment goals for the assigned territory
  • Average 10 or more field calls per day, routing two weeks of cold calls and follow-up meetings in advance to maximize efficiency and coverage
  • Get to the decision makers — schedule follow-up meetings and visits, identify small and large office groups, and leave no location in the territory overlooked
  • Complete all new agreements, site surveys, and network questionnaire documents to ensure successful installation of Digital Waiting Room screens
  • Proactively schedule installation dates with offices and partner with the Customer Success team to ensure smooth onboarding and program handoff
  • Train office staff on managing their waiting room screen, including custom messaging, ensuring every location is set up for success from day one
  • Utilize Salesforce daily to report all recruitment activity, maintain accurate office status and account information, and upload all documents with 100% accuracy
  • Super-serve installed offices by following up within one to two months of installation to confirm satisfaction and flag any risk of loss for immediate action
  • Represent Mesmerize with professionalism and courtesy in every office interaction, making it a positive experience to work with us
  • Attend team calls, trade shows, and conferences as directed, and submit expense reports accurately and on time
