About The Position

Join Waygate, an industry leader in Non-Destructive Testing (NDT), as a Territory Sales Manager. Waygate Technologies is the world leader in NDT, offering a broad portfolio of industrial inspection solutions including radiography, computed tomography (CT), remote visual inspection, ultrasound, and eddy current technologies. These solutions ensure safety, quality, and productivity for customers in major industries globally. This role involves developing a strategic territory plan to sell Non-destructive testing systems to key segments such as Aerospace, Defense, Automotive & Electric Vehicles, Additive Manufacturing, Medical Devices, and Electronics.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college. STEM discipline preferred.
  • A minimum of 3+ additional years of experience in sales.
  • Ability to travel 50%-70% of the time.
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage several sales opportunities simultaneously.
  • Valid work authorization in the country of employment. The employer is unable to sponsor work authorization for this role at any time.

Nice To Haves

  • Possess experience in key strategic segments: Avionics, Electronics, Space and Defense, and Automotive/Electric Vehicles.
  • Have up to 5 years of experience in Non-Destructive Testing.
  • Possess Capital Sales Experience with Deal Values greater than $750,000 USD.

Responsibilities

  • Selling product(s) and services including system upgrades, service contracts and inspection services within assigned geographical area.
  • Developing a pipeline by having a clear understanding of sales processes and stages.
  • Forecasting of system and service sales to the region director including weekly deal and pipeline reviews.
  • Managing CRM (Deal Machine) to ensure accuracy of forecast to the business.
  • Traveling throughout the territory to manage installed base, developing new opportunities and managing customer relationships.
  • Working with Application Engineers to qualify the opportunity, developing deal strategies and becoming the technical solution of choice for the customer.
  • Driving deals to closure including quoting, negotiation and OTR (Order to Remittance) handoff.
