About The Position

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a new delivery program in your area. You will play a crucial role in recruiting local businesses to join the Hub delivery partner program. As an integral team member, you'll collaborate with a Field Manager and other contractors to engage prospective businesses, present the program, and guide them through the application process. Your role will include driving referrals, coordinating recruitment events, and potentially earning commission for each partner conversion.

Requirements

  • 1-2+ years of experience in sales and/or customer service.
  • Experience in outside/field sales.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, with Salesforce experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Visit prospective businesses door-to-door in targeted towns within a two-hour driving distance.
  • Present and pitch the new program opportunity to generate interest and encourage applications.
  • Qualify prospective businesses and guide them through the application process while managing pipeline activities in Salesforce.
  • Support the Field Manager in planning and hosting community recruitment events such as lunch and learns and town hall meetings.
  • Collaborate with local influencers including chambers of commerce and economic development associations.
  • Import Excel spreadsheets into Salesforce on a weekly basis.
