Responsibilities
- Map your territory and attack the day with a clear plan
- Run 10-15 in-person visits—this is a high-activity, high-reward role
- Identify problems, present solutions, and close business on the spot
- Track performance metrics and stay dialed into your numbers
- Coordinate with your team to keep jobs moving and customers satisfied
- Handle light admin, then reset and get ready to do it again—better
- Weekly coaching to push performance and maximize your earning potential
