About The Position

The Territory Representative is a compassionate solution finder with excellent listening skills. The Territory Representative will support the customer experience department by delivering an elevated customer service experience while providing problem-solving skills for inquiries from assigned sales accounts to resolve customers’ concerns such as product knowledge, pricing, order placement, returns and shipping questions. A strong candidate for the role is able to maintain a positive outlook while providing quick resolutions to meet customers’ needs.

  • Organized and able to perform multiple tasks and adjust quickly in short timeframes with limited supervision

  • Highly motivated, a team player and a motivated self-starter

Nice To Haves

  • Two to three years of project coordination and customer contact handling utilizing both written and verbal communication preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Proficiency with technology and its function as a resource for solving problems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Applications

Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls from dealers, sales representatives and in-house departments in order to assist and research various questions in a timely manner
  • Process orders, returns, modifications, credit memos and debit memos for dealers and sales representatives
  • Additional order management activities with timely order shipment follow up
  • Provide regular reporting to sales teams
  • Communicate effectively with various in-house departments to ensure accuracy and timeliness with wholesale orders
  • Build customer relationships - earn their loyalty and trust by being kind and helpful
  • Adhering to department policies regarding wholesale orders processes
