About The Position

This role is for an Early Start Up/Disruptive Technology Territory Manager in Arizona/Utah, requiring the candidate to reside near a major city or airport in either state. The position involves orchestrating commercial site assessment, selection, and development, ensuring sites adhere to training protocols, patient selection guidelines, and recommended implant techniques. The Territory Manager will drive growth to achieve the sales plan and exceed their assigned sales quota. This role requires close collaboration with marketing and sales operations teams to refine outreach programs and work with hospital and health system stakeholders to ensure access and payment for Company products. Additionally, the role involves assisting clinicians with Company procedures, programming, and patient follow-up, providing procedural and technical support, and offering educational support to customer clinical and administrative staff, as well as patients.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in a related field of study
  • At least 5 years of experience sales and marketing in Early Start-Up med-tech field required
  • At least 2 years experience in supporting surgical procedures in an operating room
  • Experience with early start up Reimbursment, CAT 3 Codes, T Codes, Crosswalk codes is required
  • Experience working for an early Start-up, launching New disruptive technology to market, calling on early adopters, navigating Reimbursement is required
  • Experience in market development and therapy awareness in the medical industry, calling on Physicians Offices, working with staff on reimbursement, education, prior auth, patient selection required
  • Fluent in English
  • Highly organized and strong strategic planning and prioritization skills
  • Attention to detail, accuracy, and timelines
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs and CRM programs
  • Excellent relationship building, influencing, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to travel up to 50%
  • Must reside in the territory geography
  • Valid drivers license required

Nice To Haves

  • Advanced degree preferred
  • Prior experience in the Urology, Urogynecology or Neuromodulation space is highly preferred
  • Other languages: advantage

Responsibilities

  • Orchestrates commercial site assessment, selection, and development
