About The Position

Gallagher is seeking a dynamic and motivated Territory Manager to lead sales growth, expand market share, and build strong relationships with our dealer network and end users. This role is based in Quebec and comes with a company vehicle, as the majority of your time will be spent on the road visiting farms, ranches, and retail partners. We are seeking a results‑driven professional who thrives in a fast‑paced, field‑based environment. This role serves as the primary representative for Gallagher within the assigned territory, responsible for building strong relationships with dealers and end users while driving sales growth and market expansion.

Requirements

  • A strong interest in agriculture with a solid understanding of farm and ranch operations
  • Proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships with customers and partners
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently
  • Comfort working in a field‑based role and engaging directly with customers
  • Confidence presenting and demonstrating products in one‑on‑one and group settings
  • A consultative approach to identifying needs, troubleshooting issues, and recommending solutions
  • Proficiency using CRM and other technology tools to manage territory activity
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment with evolving priorities
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent relevant work experience
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to pass required drug screening and background check
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 75%, including frequent overnight travel
  • Prior territory management experience within the agricultural marketplace
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding sales growth targets

Responsibilities

  • Execute an approved annual regional sales plan.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and farmers/ranchers.
  • Conduct on-farm/ranch consultations and product demonstrations.
  • Provide in-store merchandising support including displays and POP materials.
  • Deliver expert troubleshooting and product recommendations to end users and dealers.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
  • Travel extensively (up to 75%) within the territory to maximize growth potential.
  • Use CRM tools to plan, track, and report on activities.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
