About The Position

The Territory Manager is responsible for managing and expanding a defined sales territory with a strong commitment to a results-driven mindset. This role requires a highly motivated individual with a strong work ethic who delivers excellent customer service in a variety of activities and thrives in a fast-paced environment. The candidate MUST reside within the assigned territory. This position will cover Northeast Georgia, supporting the regions of both Lawrenceville and Cumming.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in HVAC
  • Proficient in all aspects of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent problem solving, analytical, and organizational skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and written/verbal communication
  • Ability to be a self-starter capable of working independently or with a team
  • Ability to handle confidential information with great sensitivity
  • Able to pass a drug test and background screening
  • Must reside within the assigned territory

Nice To Haves

  • College degree preferred, but not required
  • HVAC Certifications preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute territory sales plans to achieve revenue and market share goals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with HVAC contractors
  • Provide product presentations, technical training, and support to customers
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the territory
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends; adjust sales strategy accordingly
  • Execute marketing programs with customers
  • Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, product management, and operations to support territory needs
  • Be accountable for results
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and resolve any customer issues promptly
