You will achieve this by leveraging comprehensive market knowledge and utilizing effective agent sales consulting to dramatically enhance the customer experience and meet diverse needs. This role is crucial for fostering a culture of high engagement and adaptability within the sales territory, helping to position our independent contractor agents to capture every bit of market potential. In this job you are primarily responsible for: Driving Territory Results: Using in-depth market knowledge and effective sales strategies to meet customer needs and deliver exceptional experiences Business Coaching: Coaching agents on aspects of business management to evolve with customer demands and meet their business objectives Agent Placement and Development: Overseeing the process of strategically placing and developing agents to maximize market opportunities Location: Georgia Athens Sales Territory The Athens, GA Sales Territory is one of the strongest regional economies in Georgia outside of metro Atlanta. The strengths of the communities are education, healthcare, distribution and logistics hubs for Northeast Georgia. Home to the University of Georgia which creates opportunities for many professionals. In addition, it covers a diverse region from Dahlonega in the west to Hartwell in the east, and as far north as Clayton, GA. It includes vibrant communities such as Bogart, Winder, Monroe, Braselton, and Hoschton with strong ties to another university—the University of North Georgia. This blend of college town energy, growing suburban markets, and rural areas creates a unique and dynamic cultural community. The territory is supported by 49 independent State Farm agents all contributing to modeling our mission, growing quality Property and Casualty, and deepening relationship in Financial Services.
