About The Position

The Territory Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base in the Grand Rapids territory. This role involves creating and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders, educating providers about products and services, and analyzing market trends to identify growth opportunities. The Territory Manager will also collaborate with the marketing team, provide client training, prepare sales reports, and represent the company at industry events.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field.
  • Proven track record of successful sales experience, preferably in the medical device or healthcare industry.
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare market, particularly in cardiology and arrhythmias.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

Nice To Haves

  • 3-5 years of experience in a sales role within the medical device or healthcare industry.
  • Pharma or B2B sales with a proven track record of success.
  • Experience in managing a territory and achieving sales goals.
  • Established network within the healthcare community in the Dallas area.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the medical field.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base in the Grand Rapids territory.
  • Create and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular meetings and presentations to educate healthcare providers about products and services.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional activities.
