About The Position

PMA Canada is seeking a Territory Manager for the Toronto Central Territory. This role reports to the Sales Manager | GTA and is responsible for developing the PMA portfolio in assigned retail and on-premise outlets. The Territory Manager will be accountable for achieving objectives related to minimum outlet execution standards, minimum outlet inventory levels, and territory depletions versus target.

Requirements

Minimum 3 Years of Territory Management Experience (Beverage Alcohol or CPG)
Well Demonstrated Track Record of Working in a Team Environment with Strong Sales Initiative and Focus on Delivering Results
Well Demonstrated Track Record of Managing Stakeholders
Post Secondary Degree in Business
Smart Serve Certified
WSET Certified
Must be Legally Able to Work in Canada
Must be of Legal Drinking Age

Responsibilities

Achieve Annual Depletions (Stock Movement from W/H into Outlet) vs Target by Brand Expression for the Assigned Outlets
Meet Minimum Execution Standard (MES) Outcomes vs Target by Brand Expression & Banner for the Assigned Outlets
Achieve Shopper Conversion Driver (SCD) Outcomes vs Target by Brand Expression & Banner for the Assigned Outlets
Maintain up-to-date Journey Plans for Coverage of Assigned Outlets
Conduct Weekly 1:1 MES | SCD Status vs Target Review Sessions with Sales Manager
Provide Monthly Scorecard on Territory Key Business Metrics
Ensure Minimum Inventory Levels by SKU within Assigned Outlets
Develop Actionable Individual Development Plans for Own Role
Control Investment within Budget by Brand Expression & Banner
