We’re looking for a highly organized, people-focused leader to manage daily operations within a growing territory. As the Territory Manager, you will oversee all field logistics, including delivery, pickup, warehouse flow, staffing, and safety. You’ll lead a seasonal workforce, manage inventory and equipment, and ensure guests receive a reliable and seamless experience. This is a high-visibility position with room to grow for someone who takes ownership, communicates well, and thrives in hands-on leadership.

Requirements

• 2 to 5 years of experience in logistics, warehouse management, or process efficiency, or an equivalent background
• Experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or field management
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to learn and manage cloud-based systems
• Basic mechanical comfort (hitching trailers, simple gear checks)
• Strong driving record
• Weekend availability
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or equivalent leadership experience

Responsibilities

• Lead daily delivery and pickup operations to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and exceptional service
• Hire, train, and manage a seasonal staff with a focus on coaching, accountability, and team culture
• Maintain inventory levels, gear readiness, and a clean, organized warehouse
• Ensure all company vehicles are safe, compliant, and properly maintained
• Use routing and scheduling software to manage workflow and productivity
• Own the territory’s operational budget and track performance goals
• Maintain all safety protocols and ensure full team compliance
• Train staff on policies, procedures, systems, and service expectations
• Oversee the purchasing of gear, tools, and equipment as needed
