Tandem Diabetes Care is seeking a Territory Manager to join their team. This role is responsible for bringing innovative insulin pump therapy to patients and providers in the community. The Territory Manager will leverage industry sales experience to meet or exceed sales goals through strategic business planning and customer identification. The mission is to grow the territory, build strong relationships, and help people living with diabetes thrive. This is a field-based role based in South Houston and includes Katy, Sugar land and Victoria. Territory Managers with Tandem also drive business growth by creating and executing smart territory plans, spotting opportunities, opening doors, and building lasting partnerships with healthcare professionals. They leverage advanced sales methodologies, strong communication and collaboration skills to demonstrate value and accelerate revenue growth. Additionally, they deliver product education and ongoing support to providers, patients, and clinical educators, represent Tandem at events, conventions, and community outreach, keep their territory organized with accurate CRM tracking and timely reporting, collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth sales and customer experiences, and ensure work is performed in compliance with company policies including Privacy/HIPAA and other regulatory, legal, and safety requirements.
