About The Position

The Territory Manager will be responsible for the overall sales of XPEL products (automotive, architectural, marine, etc.) in their assigned territory. This role may focus on dealership or independent opportunities, or a combination of both, depending on the market. The automotive market includes the automobile aftermarket, such as window tint installers, body shops, franchises, independent professional installers, and new car dealerships.

Requirements

  • Associate degree or higher in Business, Marketing, or related field/equivalent experience
  • 18+ years old with 2 years of driving experience.
  • Minimum 3 years professional sales experience, with a proven sales track record.
  • Proactive, highly motivated, and organized.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong people skills, negotiation skills, and sales skills.
  • Travel 100%.
  • Must have a current and valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Must meet insurability requirements under the company’s motor vehicle insurance policy.
  • Must live in the assigned territory.
  • Make appropriate judgments, prioritizing customer service, safety, and time sensitivity.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales within the assigned territory, focusing on meeting or exceeding growth objectives.
  • Be in the field 100% of the time, actively selling to current and potential customers.
  • Maintain and enhance customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and building strong, long-term relationships.
  • Monitor and analyze customer product usage to identify opportunities for introducing new products and maximizing revenue.
  • Manage and develop business relationships, providing regular management summary reports.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring effective communication and support via email, phone, online presentations, screen-share, and in-person meetings.
  • Conduct individual market analysis to develop and implement customer acquisition and conquest strategies.
  • Follow up on sales leads, collaborating with the Sales Administration team for efficient client onboarding.
  • Work closely with the install operations manager to ensure seamless coordination between sales and operations.
  • Proactively seek new growth opportunities through outbound efforts and strategic initiatives.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and updates through internal training, professional publications, and personal networks.
