About The Position

Wilson Sporting Goods Co. is seeking a field-based Territory Manager to represent its golf business in the Arizona territory. The role focuses on achieving sales goals, expanding market share, strengthening Wilson’s brand presence, and building productive relationships with golf accounts and consumers. The position requires independent travel throughout the territory and remote work from a home office.

Requirements

Passion for the sport of golf.
Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
At least 3 years of previous sales experience in packaged goods or a similar industry.
Extensive knowledge of the golf market, products, and industry, including consumer trends and competitive activity.
Knowledge of golf, golf equipment, and club fitting.
General golf product knowledge across major brands.
Ability to travel independently throughout the territory and work remotely in a home office setting.
Ability to influence and negotiate with others.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills, analytical ability, and strategic vision.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Knowledge of SAP.

Responsibilities

Achieve the annual territory sales plan and product category objectives.
Increase Wilson’s brand presence and image with customers and consumers.
Conduct quarterly business reviews of each account’s performance.
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key players in each account.
Develop layouts and merchandising concepts for accounts.
Recruit and manage high-visibility teaching professionals to promote Wilson Golf.
