About The Position

coolCare was founded in Texas in 2013 with a goal to deliver a better way to warranty to contractors and homeowners. coolCare continues to partner with contractors who deliver higher standards of installation, service, and equipment repairs to their customers. coolCare is an extended labor protection plan for air conditioning and heating equipment for homeowners and commercial businesses. coolCare offers labor plans from 2 years to 12 years from the date of installation. About the Role Are you a motivated sales professional ready to grow business in a fast-paced market? We’re looking for a Territory Manager to join the coolCare team. Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for driving sales and business development within a specific territory or sales channel. In this role, you’ll expand coolCare’s presence by building new business networks, strengthening existing customer relationships, and developing distribution partnerships. This is a growth-focused sales role with opportunities to build your own customer base while working alongside established partners.

Requirements

  • Experienced in sales, business development, or account management (HVAC or warranty industry experience preferred).
  • Experienced with distribution sales and channel development (a plus).
  • Educated with a college degree (preferred).
  • A strong communicator with outstanding verbal and written skills.
  • Skilled in building and maintaining long-term customer and partner relationships.
  • Self-motivated, growth-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willing and able to travel up to 25% of the time.

Responsibilities

  • Managing accounts effectively to ensure ongoing growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Building strong, collaborative relationships within the team.
  • Developing and executing account plans to grow sales and profitability with key customers.
  • Facilitating training programs for new customers.
  • Identifying new market opportunities and onboarding new business.
  • Working with distribution partners while also developing and securing individual partners on your own.
  • Traveling up to 25% of the time to visit customers, distributors, and partners in your territory.
