About The Position

Join the leading beverage provider, Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling! This full-time position operates Monday-Friday with varying hours. The Territory Manager trains, coaches, and develops the sales and merchandising teams organized by geographic locations. They support Customer Growth Representatives (CGRs) in their dual role of merchandising and selling into key customers, ensuring adherence to company standards and adjusting schedules to meet business goals. The role involves efficiently managing work hours within budget, driving sales, and meeting growth targets, while proactively addressing store inquiries, fostering strong relationships, and promoting collaboration.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree and 4 plus years of related experience with 1 plus years of supervisory experience OR High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) and 7 plus years of specific experience with 2 plus years of supervisory experience.
Must have reliable automobile transportation, a valid driver’s license, and auto insurance coverage at least to the minimum amount specified by the Company and state law.
Offers of employment are contingent upon successful completion of a background check and drug screening.
