The Territory Manager is responsible for presenting products and services to existing and prospective agency force, identifying consumer characteristics, and recommending ways to promote and sell products. This role requires excellent communication skills and a high motivation to meet or exceed new business submission, quotation, profitability, and production goals for the assigned territory. The position aims to grow the customer base and establish the company's reputation in the assigned region, as well as underwriting profitable small business accounts online. Superior time management, sales acumen, problem-solving, and organization are essential for success. This is a fully remote opportunity covering New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
