The Small Business Banker II proactively deepens relationships with existing Small Business customers within a specified territory. The Small Business Banker II ensures equal access to banking products and services across all communities including businesses in low-to-moderate income areas and minority communities. This role initiates contact with all new Small Business customers by conducting a customer assessment within 30 days of them joining the bank. This role assigns Customer to the proper TD Relationship Manager (RMLM, SB Specialist, Store Manager) based on the results of the customer assessment. The role manages a larger and more complex territory, actively calling all new Small Business customers who have opened accounts in partner stores to complete customer assessments. It also actively calls assigned Small Business customers and meets with them as necessary to deepen relationships, manage customer service issues, and identify product needs. The position directly manages a group of Stores loan portfolio within the Front End Fulfillment process, being responsible for the origination, structuring, and closing of all non-RMLM Small Business loan requests. It also manages the portfolio of all loans in the Front End Fulfillment process, including relationship checkups and the renewal process.
