About The Position

As a Provider Relationship Manager, you’ll build referral partnerships with healthcare providers and medical groups across your territory. This is a highly visible, field-based role focused on growing relationships, expanding patient access to care, and driving market growth. You’ll spend 4–5 days per week in the field meeting with partners, managing your territory, and building long-term referral relationships.

Requirements

  • 1–5 years of inside or outside sales experience
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • Self-motivated and comfortable owning a territory
  • Passion for healthcare and expanding access to mental health services

Nice To Haves

  • Healthcare or provider-facing sales experience preferred
  • Experience with Salesforce or CRM tools preferred

Responsibilities
