About The Position

We are seeking a dynamic and data-driven Territory Manager (Inside Sales) to join our team. This role is pivotal in supporting our sales organization through strategic analysis, lead qualification, customer engagement, and operational excellence. Location: This position may be based at any of our branches (Longueuil, Saint-Laurent, Laval, Mirabel, or Anjou). Hybrid work model with 3–4 days onsite per week.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, JDE Edwards and & CRM
  • Self-motivated, independent, and able to perform under pressure.

Nice To Haves

  • 4-year technical degree preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of industry experience preferred.
  • Prior sales experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Research and analyze prospect accounts using third-party data sources.
  • Translate market insights into actionable strategies to boost sales success.
  • Qualify leads prior to territory assignment to ensure optimal alignment.
  • Prepare analysis, agendas, presentations, and follow-up materials to support sales conversations.
  • Process quotes and maintain comprehensive win/loss data for continuous improvement.
  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to identify needs, promote solutions, and build rapport.
  • Initiate contact with dormant accounts to re-engage and explore new opportunities.
  • Collaborate with field sales teams to ensure seamless customer communication and territory coverage.
  • Provide ongoing support to customers by resolving inquiries, tracking orders, and managing shipments.
  • Coordinate product literature and sales information requests from the sales team.
  • Apply standard procedures under general supervision to complete assignments.
  • Handle non-routine tasks requiring extended timelines and independent problem-solving.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support team and business goals.
