Your primary focus will be on selling all types of construction equipment, while leveraging technology to provide customers efficiency and profit for their business. Additionally, you will be expected to maintain a high level of awareness, participation, and market share in your territory, along with utilizing the company’s CRM (Salesforce) at a high level. This includes completing monthly reporting of wins/losses, participation/awareness, and timely expense submittits. Requirements

  • Previous sales experience
  • Knowledge of construction or agricultural equipment
  • Excellent customer relations and communication skills
  • Strong computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook)
  • Driver’s license with a good driving record
  • Must reside in your assigned territory
  • Must have or obtain a commercial driver’s license and be able to haul equipment to customer sites for demo/delivery

Nice To Haves

  • Financing background preferred
  • Experience operating equipment and heavy-duty pickup/trailer combination preferred
