About The Position
The Territory Business Manager (TBM) for General Medicine in Cuddalore is responsible for achieving assigned sales targets within their designated area. This role involves supporting the team to meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets, ensuring brand and product-specific goals are met, and executing divisional strategies through various activities and programs. The TBM will also focus on developing and mentoring team members for future growth.
Requirements
- BSc/B.Pharma background
- Post Graduate/Graduated from any other background with sound education and performance track record
- Prior/current experience of 2 to 4 Years of First Line manager in same therapy
- Candidate from MNC and top Indian Pharma companies will have added advantage
- Effective communicator & Analytical Skill
- People Manager
Responsibilities
- Achieve assigned Area/TBM wise sales target
- Support team to achieve monthly/quarterly/yearly target

- Conduct activities and programs as per division strategy
- Develop & mentor Team for next level

- Coaching TBM on various on the Job aspects
- Developing TBMs field effectiveness
- Monitoring of effort parameter and execution of strategies
- Monitoring Brand wise & Value wise Month on Month Sales progression
